Their price might be a reflection of just how long and how many years of experience they have in business. Just because someone is experienced, doesn’t always translate into being a better photographer. When looking for a wedding photographer, you will find people with varying levels of experience. When you do an interview of prospective photographers, it will give you a sense of what it will be like when you work with them.
A final thing for you to take into account when trying to decide is the personality the photographer has. Are they likely going to try call all the shots and decide on all your poses? Or will they allow the bride and groom to make some decisions? The other thing to consider is whether or not you want to be making decisions on the photos.
